Frequently asked questions

Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking numberon the order page. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation and your order date is past 10 business days, please let us know by emailing contact@Moolmeyno.com. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

◆We try to keep returns and exchanges as simple as possible. As long as they meet our criteria, it should be no problem at all to return or exchange them.

◆**SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE**

◆Here's what you should know:

◆• Returns must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

◆• Returns must be initiated within7days of the orderreceiveddate, according to the tracking record.

◆• Orders shipped to international addresses must contact customer service (contact@Moolmeyno.com) in order to obtain a return label.

◆• Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

◆If yourMoolmeynoproducts have a manufacturer defect, we will, of course, replace them for you at no cost.

◆If you are unsure if your desired model will fit, please have a look at our sizing guide, on our website, first. We also try to have as many pictures of each model as possible to give you a better idea of what they look like.

◆We do not currently offer shop visits, however we are extremely thankful for your interest in our company.
