Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking numberon the order page. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation and your order date is past 10 business days, please let us know by emailing contact@Moolmeyno.com. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

◆We try to keep returns and exchanges as simple as possible. As long as they meet our criteria, it should be no problem at all to return or exchange them.

◆**SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE**

◆Here's what you should know:

◆• Returns must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

◆• Returns must be initiated within7days of the orderreceiveddate, according to the tracking record.

◆• Orders shipped to international addresses must contact customer service (contact@Moolmeyno.com) in order to obtain a return label.

◆• Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

◆If yourMoolmeynoproducts have a manufacturer defect, we will, of course, replace them for you at no cost.

◆If you are unsure if your desired model will fit, please have a look at our sizing guide, on our website, first. We also try to have as many pictures of each model as possible to give you a better idea of what they look like.

◆We do not currently offer shop visits, however we are extremely thankful for your interest in our company. From time to time we develop and release online videos featuring notable aspects of our production process. Please subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates on our latest and greatest ideas!

◆We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order change. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by emailing us atcontact@Moolmeyno.com. Please be sure to include your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the wanted changes.

◆Sorry! At this point in time our manufacturing process does not allow for custom orders. What you see on our site is what is available.

◆We accept PayPal for online ordersat this point in time.

◆We do not offer discount codes at the moment, however, we do run special promotions through our newsletter list from time to time. If you would like to hear about promotions first please subscribe to our newsletter in the footer of this page.

◆Products in US warehousetypically ship in2-5business days (Mon-Fri).Those in CN warehouseships in4-10business days (Mon-Fri) . Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.
